Deliveries

 

All deliveries will be delivered by our third party partners, confirmation emails will be sent to our customers once dispatched and checked-in and tracking will be included in your confirmation email. Deliveries typically reach our customers between 2-5 working days after the courier has collected your order.  For any unexpected delays in delivery, please contact us and we will investigate the matter further.

Costs

 

All deliveries under £500 are charged at a standard rate of £7.99. However, orders over £500 will quality for free delivery (please contact us to arrange this). Note that the delivery charge for cancelled orders will not eligible for refund.

Returns

In the case where you are dissatisfied with your purchase or have received faulty products, you will be eligible for a full refund up to 30 days after the order is placed. This refund will be sent back to the original payment method once we have received the faulty goods. Postage labels can either be purchased from us at additional cost or by using your own courier of choice to return those goods back to our warehouse. Please contact us for more details.
